This is a change of pace from what you’ve been reading. There isn’t all that much to say, so it’s a bonus post this week! My fraternity brother Kolesen (yes, that Kolesen) mentioned this in this episode of the Ohio Ag Net Podcast. I thought it sounded interesting, so I picked it up. Not only was this read extremely informational and useful, I thought it was a really fun read. It’s very evident that the two brothers that co-author the book are all about this. If you are trying to shift a culture, engage people, or just do really good things, this book is for you. The Heath brothers (who wrote this book) also give you some really great tools to use. Highly recommend for leaders (and that’s everyone, so you should read it!)
